The phrase 'judgment or order in an interlocutory application' in s 74(2D) of the County Court Act 1958 and s 17A(4) of the Supreme Court Act 1986 means an interlocutory judgment or order. The change in statutory wording from the former 'interlocutory judgment or order' did not effect a substantive change. The established body of law distinguishing interlocutory from final orders continues to apply to determine whether leave to appeal is required.
