A caveator's interest to lodge a caveat against a grant of probate is not limited to objections to the form of the will or the capacity of the proposed executor. Where uncompleted Family Court property proceedings could significantly affect the value of the estate, and the grant of probate would place the executor in a position of conflict enabling discontinuance of those proceedings, the caveator has a sufficient interest to maintain the caveat. The mere intention to bring a Family Provisions Act claim remains insufficient standing on its own.
