Part 11 r 3(4) of the Compensation Court Rules operates to deem admissions of an applicant's claim and particulars in all applications for determination, including employer applications for review of weekly compensation under s 55, and operates even where no answer is filed at all. Where an applicant has brought proceedings in accordance with the rules including as to service, relief should not be withheld because the respondent does nothing.
