A creditor's loss of confidence in a liquidator, where that loss of confidence is attributable to the creditor's own hostility and the liquidator has acted impartially, is insufficient to warrant removal under s 503 of the Corporations Law. Rancour emanating from the applicant creditor will not establish cause for removal and may be treated as an attempt to manipulate the liquidation.
