An 'estimated duration' of 'approx 2 years' in a temporary staffing agreement, coupled with a capped monetary commitment inconsistent with a fixed two-year term, does not create a binding engagement for two years; such words are words of estimate, expectation or belief and duration is not contracted for. An internal communication shown to a contracting party as follow-up to a conversation does not necessarily constitute a representation to that party for the purposes of negligent misrepresentation.
