A sentence at the lower end of the permissible range for large-scale heroin importation and supply conspiracy is not manifestly inadequate where the sentencing judge was entitled to find the offending was not in the most serious class. Co-offenders with different charge profiles but equal levels of criminality may properly receive equal sentences.
