In Queensland personal injury and fatal accident claims, UCPR r 547(3)(f) and r 548(1)(e) require disclosure of all documents in the plaintiff's possession about injury, loss or treatment, including documents that would otherwise be protected by legal professional privilege such as plaintiff's statements to solicitors and solicitor questionnaires. The only privilege preserved under Part 2 of Chapter 14 is that relating to legal advice under r 555.
