A loan offer accepted by borrowers and forming the basis upon which a mortgage advance is made constitutes a 'Related Agreement' within the meaning of a mortgage that defines secured moneys by reference to related agreements, even where settlement is delayed beyond the timeframe contemplated in the offer.
