Where a contempt application is adjourned to a date to be fixed, notification of the new hearing date must be personally served on the respondent under r 926(3) of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (Qld). Service by post of minutes of order without a penal notice is insufficient to satisfy the prerequisites for enforcement by contempt under r 904(1) and r 665(3).
