A waiver of subrogation clause using broad language such as 'waive any rights and remedies or relief to which it is or may become entitled by Subrogation' against co-insureds is not limited to claims co-extensive with the policy cover, and extends to all causes of action including breach of contractual warranty and misleading and deceptive conduct claims. Courts will not imply limiting words into such clauses, even in unusual circumstances, where the language is clear and general.
