Evidence that a worker 'pulled up in the driveway' and confirmed having 'actually arrived home' is capable, if fully accepted, of supporting a finding that the worker crossed the boundary of the land on which the place of abode was situated for the purposes of s 10(4) of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW). The proper construction of s 10(4) — whether it requires the journey to commence at the boundary — was left open.
