A full-time residential drug rehabilitation program involving a regimented schedule, constant supervision, and restricted home leave constitutes quasi-custody for which a sentencing discount should be given. A sentencing judge who refers to such a program only in the context of rehabilitation, without separately considering it as quasi-custody warranting credit, commits appealable error. The appropriate credit is for a substantial proportion but not the whole of the period in quasi-custody.
