The Full Court's practice is to grant leave to appeal under the proviso to s 50(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1935 (SA) only if a question of general principle arises, though the court will also consider whether there is reason to doubt the correctness of the decision and must ultimately act as the interests of justice require. Complaints about interest calculations do not necessarily warrant staying a warrant of possession and may be pursued in separate proceedings.
