When the Court of Appeal resentences and declares pre-sentence detention up to the date of the appeal determination, the portion of that declaration covering the period between the original sentence and the appeal order is merely a record of time actually served — it is not to be treated as pre-sentence detention accrued by the date of the original sentence. Correctional authorities should not 'double count' this period.
