Where a contract forms part of a series of interrelated agreements, the text of the contract remains the primary source and starting point for interpretation; extrinsic documentary context in the form of related agreements does not displace the plain meaning of the primary text absent ambiguity or anomaly. Competition naming rights fall within the ordinary meaning of 'sponsorship' in an exclusivity clause.
