A sentencing judge is entitled to reject an inherently improbable unsworn account at sentence and to draw inferences of commercial purpose from circumstantial evidence including the quantity and purity of drugs, possession of large amounts of cash, and lifestyle indicators inconsistent with the offender's stated employment.
