Where sexual offences involve multiple victims, full concurrency of all sentences is not appropriate even where the offences occur in a short space of time as part of a single enterprise. Some accumulation is required to reflect the distinct criminality involved in offending against different victims. Individual sentences at the lowest end of the available range may not themselves constitute error, but the overall effective sentence must adequately reflect the totality of the offending.
