The weight to be given to subjective considerations in sentencing is an essentially discretionary matter, and provided the sentencing judge adequately considers those matters, no appellate error is demonstrated merely because a different weight might have been given. A sentencing judge is not bound by a Crown concession as to the appropriate sentence. Partial accumulation of sentences is appropriate where offences occurred on different dates and different entities suffered damage.
