An appellate court may intervene in a trial judge's credibility findings where the judge failed to consider cross-examination evidence of the opposing party's own witness that substantially corroborated the rejected witnesses' accounts. In an indefinite commercial supply agreement where one party is required to maintain six months' stock, reasonable notice of termination is six months. A commercial agreement is not rendered unenforceable for uncertainty as to price where prices are quoted, negotiated and agreed from time to time in accordance with a course of dealing understood by both parties.
