UCPR r 668 cannot be used as a substitute for an appeal to challenge the correctness of an original order. The rule is available only where the applicant accepts the order was correct when made and seeks relief based on facts arising or discovered after the order. Where newly discovered evidence is relied upon under r 668(1)(b), the applicant must demonstrate that the evidence would have produced a different result at trial.
