An accomplice warning that includes the standard caution about the danger of convicting on uncorroborated accomplice evidence is sufficient without an additional dangerous witness (Faure/Miletic) direction, where the factors relied upon do not require a special direction with the authority of the judge's office. A trial judge is not obliged to direct the jury on arguments not raised by counsel in an adversarial system. An accused's statement in a police interview demonstrating knowledge of facts connected to the offence is capable of amounting to corroboration if the jury rejects the accused's innocent explanation for that knowledge.
