The absence of prior reported injuries on premises does not negate the foreseeability of injury where the circumstances show a not insignificant risk, particularly where incidents short of injury are unlikely to be reported. A redundancy payment that would have been received regardless of the plaintiff's injury is not deductible from damages, as it is not causally connected to the injury.
