A pre-sentence report that was ordered but not obtained does not vitiate a sentence where a comprehensive psychological report covering equivalent subject matter was before the sentencing court and no prejudice is demonstrated. Partial accumulation of sentences is appropriate for separate offences committed on different days against different victims.
