A non-party discovery order under O 26A r 5 must identify documents by reference to their content or relevance to matters in issue, not merely by reference to the identity of correspondents and a time period. Where documents are classified by a method other than content (such as date of creation or communication), it must appear that any document falling within that classification is relevant to a matter in issue. An order that may capture documents unrelated to the matters in issue is beyond the power conferred by the rule.
