Where contact orders provide that contact is 'suspended' on specified days, the order for contact ceases operation for the relevant period and there is no entitlement to 'make-up' days, particularly where the orders contain no mechanism for make-up and such an interpretation would undermine finality. A party who voluntarily withdraws from a hearing cannot later complain of denial of natural justice where the court offered opportunities to participate.
