A finding of dishonesty on some occasions does not warrant an inference of dishonesty on all occasions; the inference must be established in each particular instance, especially where there was a reasonable basis for the impugned conduct. The term 'costs' in an indemnification order in favour of a liquidator is limited to legal costs and disbursements unless the order expressly extends to general remuneration and expenses. Post-judgment leave to apply for variation of orders does not extend to re-agitating issues not raised on appeal.
