Mere presence as a passenger in a vehicle containing drugs, without evidence of knowledge, involvement in acquisition, or the nature and duration of the person's presence in the vehicle, is insufficient to establish possession for supply beyond reasonable doubt where the evidence overwhelmingly inculpates a co-accused. Where an equally rational inference consistent with innocence is available on circumstantial evidence, a conviction cannot stand.
