Where multiple drug supply offences arise from a single deposit of drugs received at the same time, from the same source, and in the same circumstances, full accumulation of sentences is likely to be manifestly excessive; the offences should be treated as part of a single enterprise with concurrent sentences. The receiving offence, involving different criminality, may properly be accumulated.
