The absence of DNA or fingerprint evidence connecting an accused to a drug container does not preclude conviction where other circumstantial evidence — including eyewitness observations, the accused's conduct in searching for the container, text messages, and forensic links between tape on the container and tape in the accused's vehicle — is sufficient to enable the jury to be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt of possession.
