There is no right of appeal to the Court of Appeal from orders made by a Childrens Court constituted by a District Court judge hearing an appeal from a Childrens Court constituted by a magistrate. A court may direct its registry not to accept further filings where a litigant has indicated an intention to file further incompetent applications that would constitute an abuse of process.
