Time served in custody attributable to revocation of parole on earlier sentences does not require additional leniency when fixing a parole eligibility date for subsequent offences, even where the sentences are ordered to be served concurrently. A parole eligibility date of approximately one-third of the head sentence (reduced slightly for cooperation) is within the range of the sentencing discretion for serial breaking and entering offences committed by an offender with a long criminal history.
