Errors in an adjudicator's reasoning — including errors in identifying the reference date, failing to investigate the truth of statutory declarations, and including non-contractual amounts in a progress payment — do not of themselves establish a lack of good faith sufficient to void the adjudication, provided the errors are consistent with a genuine attempt to exercise the power under the Act. A denial of natural justice in adjudication proceedings will not void the decision where no practical injustice resulted.
