A court may dismiss criminal appeals for persistent non-compliance with filing requirements under r 43(2)(g)(ii) of the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) Rules 2005 (WA), even where one ground of appeal is arguable, where the appellant has failed to comply with multiple orders over an extended period and there is no indication that further time would result in compliance.
