A trial judge's credit-based findings will not be disturbed on appeal where the judge's reasons are ordered, coherent and detailed, rely on concessions, documentary evidence and probabilities, and the appellant cannot point to incontrovertible facts or documents contradicting the findings. A trial judge is not required to address every asserted inconsistency in oral evidence; the question is whether an argument or matter of substance and importance has not been addressed.
