Section 166(11) of the Youth Justice Act 1992 (Qld) excludes from a child's criminal history only the court's decision to take no further action following a youth justice conference; it does not exclude the underlying finding of guilt, which remains part of the child's criminal history under s 154 and may be taken into account by a sentencing court. The provision applies only to 'conference before sentence' referrals under s 161(3)(a)(ii), not to 'indefinite referrals' under s 161(3)(a)(i).
