A trial judge's charge is not deficient merely because it lacks a discrete and separate summary of the evidence, provided the factual issues are identified and the jury's attention is drawn to the relevant evidence bearing on those issues. Evidence of recent complaint remains admissible even where the complainant does not give evidence of making the complaint. The reasonableness of the timing of a complaint is assessed by reference to the subjective situation of the complainant.
