A corporate appellant seeking to resist an order for security for costs on the ground that the order would stifle the litigation must adduce evidence that those who stand behind the company and who would benefit from the litigation are also without means to provide the security. The mere assertion that the company itself cannot pay is insufficient. The relative size and resources of the respondent (here, a major corporation) is a relevant but not determinative consideration.
