Under s 565(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), 'decision' means a judgment, decree, order or sentence — the same scope as the former s 853 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth). An appeal filed before formal orders are made is premature and incompetent.
