A broker's coverage summary that incorrectly identifies the insured has no contractual effect where the contract was formed by the broker's acceptance of the insurer's quotation, and the subsequently issued policy schedule is consistent with that quotation. The insurer's failure to object to an incorrect coverage summary does not constitute agreement to vary the contract.
