On a defendant's application for summary judgment under r 293 UCPR (Qld), a plaintiff is not required to adduce evidence in admissible form proving its entire case; it is sufficient to show a real prospect of establishing the claim at trial, including by identifying sources from which evidence is obtainable. A corporate statement of account, even of questionable weight, may provide some evidence sufficient to defeat summary judgment where better documentation may emerge on discovery.
