Obstruction of even one normal entry point to a building site constitutes prevention of 'free access' within the meaning of a restraining order, even if alternative entry points exist. A specific request for access need not be made or refused for a breach to be established. An industrial organisation may be found to have caused or procured crowd attendance through accumulation of circumstantial evidence including the presence of officials, organisational paraphernalia, and public statements claiming ownership of the protest. The characterisation of conduct as a 'lawful protest' does not excuse compliance with court orders restraining obstruction of access.
