A claimed sentimental or emotional attachment to premises is a matter of insignificance in determining whether to grant an interlocutory injunction to restrain eviction. The Briginshaw standard does not apply to the applicant's task of demonstrating a serious question to be tried on an interlocutory application; it is for the applicant to demonstrate the serious question, not for the respondent to disprove the case to a heightened standard.
