The hearing and reservation of judgment on appeal does not, of itself, constitute a change in circumstances sufficient to warrant a stay of execution previously refused. Where a mortgagor has failed to make any payment into court or to the mortgagee, and no other material change in circumstances has occurred, successive stay applications will be refused.
