The Court of Appeal granted leave to appeal limited to costs orders, allowed the appeal, and set aside the primary judge's costs orders, replacing them with an order that each party pay his or her own costs of the proceedings below. The first respondent was ordered to pay 75 per cent of the appellant's costs of the appeal. The judgment is a consequential orders decision following the principal judgment in Telfer v Telfer [2014] NSWCA 186 and the joinder of the estate administrator in Telfer v Telfer (No 2) [2014] NSWCA 250.
