An adjudicator's accidental omission to consider a minor claim item does not invalidate the entire adjudication determination under BCIPA, because s 28 of the Act preserves the decision as one that may be corrected. The majority preferred the Project Blue Sky statutory construction approach over the Brookhollow 'good faith' test for determining whether non-compliance with s 26(2) BCIPA amounts to jurisdictional error. Wednesbury unreasonableness may not be available as a ground for challenging adjudication decisions under BCIPA, as the concept applies to discretionary rather than adjudicative functions.
