When fixing a parole eligibility date under a cumulative sentence, pre-sentence custody must be deducted from the parole eligibility date as well as from the full-time release date. A sentencing range of three to four years imprisonment applies for fraud as employee involving approximately $50,000, breach of trust, and a significant criminal history of dishonesty.
