The absence of DNA or forensic testing on physical evidence does not render a verdict unreasonable where the use of the physical item was not in dispute and expert evidence establishes that testing would have been inconclusive. Apparent inconsistencies between a complainant's evidence and that of other witnesses on collateral matters do not necessarily render the complainant's evidence as a whole unreliable.
