Rule 50C of the Criminal Appeal Rules is limited to correcting slips, mistakes and infelicitous language, or where the court failed to deal with an issue that had been argued on appeal. It cannot be used to re-agitate issues already determined or to raise new matters not argued on the original appeal. UCPR r 36.16 has no application to criminal appeals.
