Bail conditions requiring police reporting (even daily, later reduced) do not constitute quasi-custody warranting mitigation of sentence, consistent with R v Webb and R v Dennis. A sentencing judge's assessment of the weight to be given to medical and cognitive evidence, including where the judge has observed the offender give evidence at trial, is a finding of fact that will not be disturbed absent error.
