The Court exercised its power under r 50C of the Criminal Appeal Rules 1952 (NSW) to correct a slip in the sentence imposed on 9 December 2016, where the balance of term for Count 2 had been erroneously calculated on the basis that the overall sentence expired on 12 October 2022 rather than 12 February 2022 as fixed by the 2010 resentencing. The additional term for Count 2 was amended from four years and six months to three years and ten months, expiring 12 February 2022.
